[Small Dish] Grilled eggplant in Rikyu style sauce, goji berries, grated ginger

[Sashimi] Sashimi made with a rounded sashimi platter, layered salmon sashimi, snapdragon, and wasabi.

[Simmered Dish] Hiryuzu (deep-fried tofu ball), chrysanthemum-shaped sauce, wasabi, green beans

[Grilled Dishes] Grilled Pacific Saury in Yuzu Sauce, Fresh Ginkgo Nuts, Tamagoyaki, and Yajigami (a type of fish cake).

[Deep-fried dishes] Deep-fried red snapper and autumn mushrooms, deep-fried chicken meatballs with perilla leaves, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt

[Meal] Fresh ginger rice with mitsuba stems

[Pickles] Chopped green mustard greens, Shibazuke pickles, Bettara pickles

[Tomowan] Red miso soup, powdered Japanese pepper, chopped green onion, arare tofu
