[Small Dish] Water Bean Yoro Tofu with Star-shaped Lotus Root, Pickled Plum Paste, Delicious Broth
[Sashimi] Sashimi of sea bream with perilla leaf, snapdragon, radish, and wasabi
[Cold Dish] Simmered winter melon, hexagonal taro, leaf-shaped pumpkin, jade eggplant, tomato, snow peas, and hexagonal jelly.
[Grilled Dish] Grilled young chicken with teriyaki sauce, seasonal vegetable salad, and mayonnaise.
[Deep-fried dishes] Deep-fried flathead fish (Rikyu style), deep-fried chicken meatballs with shiso leaves, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt
