[Sashimi] Five kinds of sashimi: layered sea bream, amberjack, small cubes of bluefin tuna, abalone, boiled kuruma shrimp, shiso flower, snapdragon, and wasabi.

[Simmered Dish] Clams and Domyoji rice cakes steamed in cherry blossom sauce, with lily bulb petals, fresh wasabi, and silver sauce.

[Grilled Dish] Wagyu Beef and Foie Gras, Bamboo Shoots in Hakata Style, Yamato Sauce with Grain Mustard, Japanese-style Garnish, Watercress
