[Small Dish] Water Bean Yoro Tofu with Star-shaped Lotus Root, Pickled Plum Paste, Delicious Broth

[Sashimi] Amberjack sashimi, layered sea bream sashimi, snapper, radish, wasabi

[Cold Dish] Simmered winter melon, hexagonal taro, leaf-shaped pumpkin, jade eggplant, tomato, snow peas, and hexagonal jelly.

[Grilled Dishes] Grilled hairtail fish with corn, bonito with walnuts, eggplant, and leafy greens.
