[Stew] Jibuni (boiled chicken) with hachiku, yam, hachi ginseng, konjac, and kinome (leaf buds).

[Grilled food] Grilled Spanish mackerel, bean paste, hajigami, bonito and walnuts

[Replacement bowl] Grilled bonito with frost, aromatic vegetables (onion, oyster shell, ginger, red tate), Tosa vinegar
